Refund policy

The Buyer agrees to immediately inspect all perishable items upon delivery. Any quality concerns pertaining to broken necks, rot or freezing damage must be reported with 48 hours of receipt of goods sold. AHO will review requests for credits and claims if notification and proof of a specific concern is made within the established 48 hour acceptance window. AHO will only review claims with digital photographs and/or videos that accurately reflect proof of farm markings.

Buyer agrees to return the product in question at their own expense. AHO reserves the sole discretion to issue of a credit memo back to the original form of payment upon receipt of goods in question and Buyer conduct.

If cancelations are needed, the Buyer must inform AHO within 14 days of order confirmation. Upon Buyer request to cancel or failure to remit full shipping costs, At Home Organics llc will charge a $10 cancelation fee to be deducted from the credit memo to the Buyer. This cancelation fee covers the credit card and PayPal transaction fees incurred by AHO at time of purchase and credit issuance. At Home Organics llc will not charge a cancellation fee if we are requesting the cancellation due to crop failure, storage concerns or insufficient quantity.

Due to the nature of the products sold by AHO, agricultural goods are not returnable or exchangeable, unless explicitly required to process a Buyer claim or refund as outlined in the Refunds and Claims section of the Terms and Conditions.
