Dahlia Tuber Shipping

AHO uses a wide variety of freight options. The default freight carriers are the United States Postal Service and UPS but in certain cases we can accommodate Buyers if there is a more appropriate carrier. If you would like to explore alternative freight options, please feel free to email AHO at athomeorganicsllc@gmail.com. AHO packs all product in a manner to prevent damage during transit but as with all freight, AHO will not be responsible for the performance of the carrier, including in the case of late, delayed, or damaged shipments and can provide no guarantees with respect to delivery times.

Dahlia Tuber Shipping Times:

Buyer can choose shipping days within the following constraints. AHO attempts to ship all packages on Mondays – Thursdays with limited or no shipping on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. AHO will generally ship within one week of receiving payment after April 15. Shipping requests prior to April 15 will be considered and best accommodated at the Buyer’s written request and sole risk. AHO will assume no risk inherit in shipping dahlia tubers prior to April 15 given the upper midwest climate and potential for freezing temperatures during transit. Shipping of tubers will be determined by AHO based on long term weather forecasts for the WI and Buyer hardiness zones. All tubers will be shipped by May 31, of the purchase year.
